RAIDERS LATEST: Las Vegas Raiders Re-Sign Hunter Renfrow in Key Offensive Move

Posted on May 4, 2025

The Las Vegas Raiders have officially re-signed wide receiver Hunter Renfrow, solidifying a crucial piece of their offensive lineup. In a press statement released by Raiders General Manager John Spytek, the team expressed their excitement to bring Renfrow back into the fold, describing him as a “reliable playmaker and team-first leader.”

Renfrow, a fan favorite and former Pro Bowler, had entered free agency after his previous contract expired at the end of the 2023 season. Known for his precise route running, clutch catches, and consistent production in the slot, Renfrow quickly became a trusted target in the Raiders’ passing game since being drafted in 2019.

“Hunter embodies the culture we want in Las Vegas—tough, smart, and dependable,” Spytek said in the statement. “We’re thrilled to keep him in silver and black.”

The terms of the deal have not been disclosed as of now, but insiders report it to be a multi-year agreement that reflects the team’s long-term commitment to Renfrow.

His return adds much-needed stability and veteran presence to the Raiders’ wide receiver corps, especially as the team looks to develop younger talent and build chemistry with their quarterback options ahead of the 2025 season.

Fans have taken to social media to celebrate the news, with many calling it “the right move” for a franchise looking to reestablish itself as a contender in the AFC West. With Renfrow back, the Raiders offense gains a proven asset in their quest for playoff relevance.
