Scottie Scheffler found it a little bit humorous and awkward that he was asked to give his verdict on the best aspects of Xander Schauffele’s game while the two-time major champ crashed his post-round interview.
Scheffler and Schauffele played the opening round of the FedEx St. Jude Championship at TPC Southwind together. Both players were two shots off the lead on 4-under after 18 holes.
Scheffler’s round included the Masters champion showing a rare outburst of anger as he was filmed slamming his wedge into a bunker after a poor shot from the sand.
Schauffele didn’t even drop a s
hot.
