:Simone Biles Doesnāt Hold Back When Describing NFL Quarterback Patrick Mahomes
All-time great Olympic gymnast Simone Biles has found her way into the NFL world with her marriage to Chicago Bears defensive back Jonathan Owens.
Biles recently made an appearance on the Not Just Football podcast with Pittsburgh Steelers veteran Cam Heyward. During that appearance, she was asked to name the NFL players whoāve impressed her the most over the past few seasons.
Biles went with the easy choice, naming back-to-back Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes.
The 11-time Olympic medalist called Mahomes a āfreak of natureā and a āmiracle worker.ā
āBesides my husband, because heās broken down stigmas that arenāt typical, I really think we always go back to Patrick Mahomes, a freak of nature,ā Biles said. āHow does he always pull it out? The Chiefs could be down and heās just a miracle worker.ā
While Owens is now with the division-rival Chicago Bears, Biles also mentioned Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love as a player thatās caught her attention.
āBut we also loved being with Jordan Love last season, such a breakout star and that was super exciting,ā Biles continued.
Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs are looking to extend their undefeated season in a matchup against the New Orleans Saints on Monday night. Love and the Packers will face off against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday afternoon.
Owens and the Bears will matchup against the Carolina Panthers in Week 5.
