Here’s a rundown of the 49ers 2025 draft class:
R1-P11-Draft Pick-16×9
Round 1: 11th Overall – DL Mykel Williams, Georgia
Williams played three seasons for the Bulldogs and was a key contributor on one of college football’s top defenses. He earned Freshman All-American and SEC All-Freshman honors in 2022 and was named second-team All-SEC in both 2023 and 2024. Over his career, he totaled 67 tackles, 21.5 tackles for loss, and 14 sacks.
R2-P43-Draft Pick-16×9
Round 2: 43rd Overall – DL Alfred Collins, Texas
Collins played five seasons for the Longhorns and was a steady presence on one of the nation’s most competitive defensive lines. He earned second-team All-American honors from the Associated Press in 2024 and was named Honorable Mention All-Big 12 in 2023. Over his career, he totaled 142 tackles, 18 tackles for loss, and 7.5 sacks across 63 games with 26 starts.
R3-P75-Draft Pick-16×9
Round 3: 75th Overall – DL Nick Martin, Oklahoma State
Martin emerged as a standout defender for the Cowboys during his time at OSU. In 2023, he earned first-team All-Big 12 honors after leading the team with 140 total tackles, the most by an Oklahoma State player in nearly four decades. That season, he also tallied 16 tackles for loss, six sacks, two interceptions, and a forced fumble across 14 starts. Despite a knee injury that limited him to five games in 2024, Martin still managed 47 tackles and 7.5 tackles for loss in his final season.
