The golfer won the FedEx St. Jude Championship on Sunday, carding a 17-under par to defeat Xander Schauffele, Viktor Hovland and Scottie Scheffler.Matsuyama led by five strokes with seven holes to go, but quickly lost that lead over a four-hole stretch. He managed to regroup heading down the stretch, carding a pair of birdies on the 17th and 18th holes to regain the lead and win by two strokes.
