Brugler suggests that general manager Brad Holmes should send the Lions’ No. 28 overall pick to the Cincinnati Bengals in exchange for Trey Hendrickson, the All-Pro edge rusher who’s been a nightmare for opposing quarterbacks the last few seasons.
