FOXBOROUGH, MA – In a move that resonates deeply with New England Patriots fans and the National Football League community, the Patriots organization has announced the appointment of Ty Law, a four-time Super Bowl champion and beloved club legend, as their new Director of Sports Performance. Law steps into the role, replacing Frank Piraino, who spent four seasons with the team.

This decision marks a significant homecoming for Law, who spent a decade (1995-2004) as a

 

cornerstone of the Patriots’ defense. During his tenure, Law established himself as one of the premier cornerbacks in the NFL, earning four Pro Bowl selections (1998, 2001-2003), two First-Team All-Pro honors (1998, 2003), and playing a pivotal role in the Patriots’ Super Bowl victories in XXXVI, XXXVIII, and XXXIX.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Law’s return to the Patriots in a leadership capacity is being hailed by fans and analysts alike.
