Jon Rahm (illness) takes another turn as he withdraw from LIV Golf Team Championship
John Ram takes care of symptoms similar to the flu and decided to leave Liv golf team on Saturday at the Golf Club Maridoe in Carrollton, Texas.
Liv Alternate John Catlin will replace the frame as Battle Phil Mickelson \ Hyflyers GC in the semi-final of the competition. In the first singles match, Kathleen will face Cameron Tringale.
“John has been experiencing severe flu-like symptoms for several days,” Region XIII wrote on social media. “In the best interests of the team and on the advice of the medical team, he will not play this weekend. He will continue to support the team fully.”
England’s Tyrrell Hatton and Caleb Surratt and recently eliminated Zimbabwean Kieran Vincent will also be competing in Region XIII. Rahm, 29, was just crowned the 2024 LIV Golf League individual champion a week ago. The Spaniard is in his first year on the tour after leaving the PGA Tour in December.
