A starter for the Detroit Lions is planning to trolls the team’s division rivals when he gets to take the stage during day two of the NFL Draft.
Last week, the NFL reveled the list of individuals who would be announcing picks for each of the league’s teams during this year’s NFL Draft. The representative for the Detroit Lions will be Terrion Arnold.
The Lions selected Arnold in the first round just last year and he got the chance to take the stage in front of the hometown crowd.
Now he’ll return to the stage in hostile territory as he announces the Lions’ second-round pick in front of a crowd in Green Bay.
It seems he has some plans for his time in front of that crowd, which should include plenty of fans who support the Green Bay Packers.
During an appearance on “Good Morning Football” on the morning of the NFL Draft, Arnold revealed that he plans to troll the Lions’ division rivals.
“The game plan is, I mean, obviously everyone knows I am going to troll our division rivals, but it is just a matter of how I am going to troll them. I have been thinking. I have been plotting and you’ll see tomorrow.”
The Lions seem to be having some fun as they take a victory lap for their second consecutive NFC North title.
Earlier in the week, it was team president Rod Wood who trolled the Packers for finishing third in the division this past season
No matter what they do this offseason, the Lions are going to have a target on their back for the 2025 season after winning 15 games and a division title in 2024.
Despite that, it seems they aren’t all that concerned about giving their rivals any extra motivation with their offseason trolling.
