This is what people think of the Brad Pitt and Lewis Hamilton F1 Movie

Posted on June 9, 2025
F1, the movie starring Brad Pitt and produced by Lewis Hamilton, has been shown to film critics, and the initial reactions are highly positive.

In the new movie, Brad Pitt plays the role of Sonny Hayes, a retired Formula 1 driver who suffered a terrible crash. He is persuaded to return and prepare a new talent, played by Damson Idris, for the fictional Formula 1 team of APX. Director Joseph Kosinski, known for Top Gun: Maverick, collaborated with seven-time world champion Hamilton, among others, during the production of the movie.
Last month, the film was shown to a private community, including various F1 drivers. F1 then already received rave reviews, including from Sauber driver Nico Hülkenberg and Williams driver Carlos Sainz, who were impressed by how realistic the new film was.
